Terms of Use
Your Bildix membership, payments, cancellation and 14-day refund guarantee.
1. Seller and service
Bildix is operated by Maciek Sputo, ul. Czeska 13, 03-902 Warszawa, Poland. Email: keshamaloy007@gmail.com. Bildix provides online AI learning courses, exercises, projects, progress tracking and an AI tutor when available. The offer at checkout identifies what your membership includes.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure. A purchase can precede registration; follow the activation instructions to link it to your verified account. Membership access lasts for the paid period, subject to these terms. You need an internet connection and compatible browser. Some practical projects require a computer, third-party accounts or separate paid tools.
3. Subscription prices
Prices are in USD. With the introductory offer, 12 weeks costs $39.99 for the first 84 days, then $79.99 every 84 days; 4 weeks costs $19.99 for the first 28 days, then $39.99 every 28 days; the paid 1-week trial costs $9.99 for the first 7 days, then $39.99 every 28 days. Without an introductory offer, the first period costs $79.99, $39.99 or $10.00 respectively. Taxes, if applicable, and the exact amount due are shown at checkout. A per-day price is a comparison only: payments are collected for the whole billing period.
4. Renewal and cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the next charge. Manage or cancel renewal in Billing after signing in; if you cannot access it, contact support. Cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access available until the paid period ends. Cancellation by itself does not request a refund. Third-party AI subscriptions and API charges are not included.
5. 14-day refund guarantee
You may request a full refund of your first Bildix purchase within 14 calendar days of that purchase, without giving a reason, even if you have started learning. Email keshamaloy007@gmail.com with your purchase email and order reference, stating that you want a refund. We will return the payment to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the request; bank processing may take additional time. A refunded membership ends and its renewal is canceled. This voluntary guarantee applies to the first purchase, not automatically to each renewal, and does not limit statutory rights.
6. Consumer withdrawal and complaints
Where applicable, consumers have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days of concluding a distance service contract. You may notify us by email or post with a clear statement, your name, purchase date and order reference; no special wording is required. You may use: “I withdraw from my Bildix contract purchased on [date], order [reference], name [name].” Starting a lesson does not remove our 14-day guarantee. For service problems or disputed renewals, contact support. Mandatory remedies for faulty or non-conforming services remain available.
7. Learning outcomes and AI
Learning plans and completion targets are guidance, not a guarantee of proficiency, employment or earnings. Certificates record completion of Bildix learning activities and are not an accredited qualification or endorsement by an AI provider. AI tutor responses may contain errors; check outputs before using them in real projects. Availability of third-party tools can change.
8. Acceptable use and content
Use Bildix lawfully for your own learning. Do not share paid account access, redistribute course materials, interfere with the service or attempt to bypass access controls. Keep rights to the material you submit and avoid confidential or sensitive data in exercises or tutor chats. You retain rights to your own original project content; course materials are licensed for your personal learning.
9. Availability and changes
We may maintain and improve the service. We will communicate material changes to paid service or subscription terms before they apply where required, and will not retrospectively change an already-paid period. We may restrict access for serious misuse, with notice where reasonably possible. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Law and contact
